NAIROBI, Kenya, Apr 12 – The High Court has now issued orders compelling the government to reinstate the security of Kitutu Masaba Member of Parliament Timothy Bosire who refused to stand up in Parliament.

The judge has ruled that the MP raises an arguable case of discrimination after his security was withdrawn for declining to stand up in Parliament in honour of KDF soldiers killed in Somalia.

The judge now wants the security reinstated pending the determination of the case.
