Judges of the Trial Chamber had earlier slated next Thursday and Friday as the dates of hearing the oral submissions of the motion.
According to the adjusted court calendar, the hearing will begin next Tuesday to Friday.
Ruto and Sang will be physically present when their teams will be convincing the judges to end the case at the prosecutor’s level.

Judges of the ICC after hearing arguments by all parties will make a decision rejecting or accepting the motion of no-case-to-answer.
If the motion is fully accepted by the judges, it will mean that Ruto and Sang have no case to answer marking the end of the case.
However, if the judges fully or partially reject the motion, the case will move to the next level where their lawyers will put up a case to defend the two.
Meanwhile, the Appeals Chamber is expected to issue an important ruling that will determine if ICC Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda will lose crucial evidence of six witnesses who recanted their evidence or if it will be accepted as evidence to support charges against Ruto and Sang.
