The Director of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko Tuesday gave the green light for Ng’ang’a’s arrest and prosecution over the Limuru road accident that claimed Mercy Njeri’s life last month.
Simon Maina Kuria who is accused of taking the fall for Ng’ang’a and two officers accused of attempting to cover-up Ng’ang’a’s role in the accident also face prosecution.
The case seeking to block his prosecution is due before court Thursday.
