The dialogue the Supreme Court demanded that they have, President Uhuru Kenyatta took it upon himself to support in November of 2014 when he had the NLC Chairman Muhammad Swazuri and Ngilu publicly agree to put their differences behind them.
But despite this effort, her Ministry’s legal representative Paul Muite informed the court on Tuesday that Ngilu declined to append her signature to the referenced report as she was not consulted in the formation of the technical committee that drew it up.
This despite the committee having been chaired by her Director of Physical Planning Augustine Masinde.
