Homa Bay voters heed Raila’s call as Kajwang wins

He told Capital FM News that he moved his registration to the city because of work commitments but had been a registered voter in Mbita Constituency during the 2010 National Referendum on the Constitution and 2007 General Election.

Electoral laws permit him to vie anywhere in the country but bar him from voting in a station where he was not registered.
