NAIROBI, Kenya, Jun 3 – President Uhuru Kenyatta was on Tuesday chairing a meeting of Jubilee MPs at State House Nairobi, where they were to discuss various issues, including outlining the coalition government agenda in Parliament.
There were 216 MPs and 38 Senators attending the meeting which was among other things called to press Igembe South MP Mithika Linturi to drop his censure motion against Devolution Cabinet Secretary Anne Waiguru.
It is understood that during the meeting, the Head of State will be seeking to put emphasis on the need for unity by all the Jubilee legislators to be able to achieve in their mandate.
