According to police, the bodies were found at an area known as Pangani, about 15 kilometres from Mpeketoni town, en-route to Witu.
The brothers were driving two of three vans that were hijacked by the gunmen who raided Mpeketoni town, leaving over 60 people dead.
On Wednesday, police said they had arrested an owner and driver of the third van.
So far, seventeen bodies remain at a make-shift morgue that was put up in Mpeketoni town, with others having been buried.
Inspector General of Police, David Kimaiyo says they are working closely with local communities to help identify and prosecute the attackers after Al Shabaab involvement was ruled out.

He says detectives are still interrogating suspects arrested over the attack before they are arraigned in court.

Calm has since been restored in Mpeketoni following the weekend attacks.
On Wednesday night, there was however a gun fight between attackers and police officers at an area located between Mokowe and Hindi where a General Service Unit vehicle was shot at.
Police did not however manage to get the attackers who are believed to have escaped into a forest in the area.
The attack on the police officers has raised fresh security concerns in the region following two separate attacks since Sunday.
Israel has in the meantime pledged to work closely with Kenya to enhance security especially with regard to sharing information as to potential threats.
Prime Minister Avigdor Liberman stated that it is only through the sharing of pertinent information that the threats can be identified in time and neutralised.
Speaking during discussions with President Uhuru Kenyatta at State House, Liberman expressed confidence with Kenya as a key hub in the region and that Israel will continue with its investments.
Meanwhile, Germany has said that it will not issue any advisories to its citizens with envoy Andreas Pesschke stating the need for collaboration between the two countries on counter terrorism efforts.
