“I have my own doubt whether Senator Muthama received 310 in this property and the interesting thing is that Kipkorir was not on the panel of advocates who provide services to the Judiciary,” he continued.

Kipkorir however denied the allegations and called on the Namwamba-led committee to summon him and accord him a right of reply.

“Hope @AbabuNamwamba, Chair of Public Accounts Committee will summon me to rebut allegations made against me by my friend @ahmednasirlaw,” Kipkorir tweeted.

Namwamba however made it clear that should Abdullahi fail to substantiate his claims, or further investigations prove them false, they would be struck off the record.
