Shollei is now demanding a public inquiry, which will have individuals from the Auditor General’s office, the Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission and the Public Procurement Oversight Authority office, to look into all the accusations levelled against her.
She is also demanding for another public inquest into the conduct of Mutunga, Duncan Okello, Kwamchetsi Makhoha, Justice Joel Ngugi, Kennedy Bidali and Dennis Kabaara, whom she accuses of instituting a war against her to have her removed from office.

Their correspondences also speak of a detailed 31 point ‘war strategy’ which will coerce the embattled Registrar into quitting her position so that the Chief Justice can affirm his power and control over the Judiciary.
“We have in our possession, a trove of correspondence and documents exchanged between and involving a “a war strategy” of yourself, Okello, Makhoha, Justice Ngugi, Bidali and Kabaara,” said Shollei’s lawyer Donald Kipkorir in the letter sent to Mutunga.
“In your war strategy, our client is named “Darth Vader”, the central character in the original trilogy and sequel trilogy of star wars movies.”
Shollei has given the Chief Justice 24 hours to respond to her demands otherwise she will institute legal action against him and the others.
The Registrar had been suspended from work after the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) accused her of misappropriation of funds and high handedness.
She was however allowed back to work after reaching an out of court settlement with the JSC even though investigations into her conduct continued.
Shollei has all along maintained that the entire bid was a witch hunt aimed at settling personal scores but she had been accusing Commissioners Ahmednasir Abdullahi, Mohammed Warsame and Emily Ominde as those that orchestrated her downfall.
“The entire Judicial Service Commission process against our client is a sham and a charade as it violates the cardinal principals of a judicial process,” argued Kipkorir.
“The “War Strategy” signifies that the JSC under your chairmanship maybe an appendage of a conspiracy to remove our client and alleged allies.”
Shollei said Mutunga and his troops had been meeting in various hotels in the country as well as outside the country to plot her downfall.
