NAIROBI, Kenya, Dec 6 – Justice Minister Eugene Wamalwa on Thursday held separate meetings with Prime Minister Raila Odinga and VP Kalonzo Musyoka in ongoing negotiations ahead of the 2013 polls.

Wamalwa told Capital FM News that the meetings with the PM and Musyoka did not reach any agreements.

“I held a meeting with the Prime Minister and I am soon meeting the VP in Karen,” Wamalwa said and added that the talks were not necessarily to hammer out a deal.

“In fact I have a meeting with Musalia (Mudavadi) later this afternoon,” the Saboti MP said.

On Tuesday, Wamalwa’s New Ford Kenya party entered into a pre-election coalition agreement with the National Vision Party, KADU Asili and the Shirikisho Party of Kenya.

The alliance dubbed ‘Pambazuko’ announced that it would later come up with a presidential contender.
