Kenya refugees face education time bomb

, NAIROBI, Kenya, Sep 28 – With over 50 percent of refugees at the Kakuma camp in Northern Kenya being under 17, but with only one secondary school for the thousands of students, the director of the only vocational training programme in the camp says there could be big problems ahead, unless more is done to help the young.
