Goodluck stays in charge

, ABUJA (AFP) – Nigeria\’s acting president Goodluck Jonathan will stay in charge until the oil exporter\’s president, who returned home from a Saudi hospital Wednesday, is well enough to resume, an official said.

"After being discharged by the team of medical experts overseeing his treatment in… Saudi Arabia, President Umaru Musa YarAdua returned to the presidential villa, Abuja early this morning," the president\’s spokesman Segun Adeniyi said in a statement.

"While the President completes his recuperation, Vice President Jonathan will continue to oversee the affairs of state," he said.
