KIGALI, Dec 3 – Rwandan President Paul Kagame reshuffled his government on Wednesday, appointing new foreign and finance ministers, according to an official statement.
Louise Mushikiwabo was appointed to replace Rosemary Museminali at the foreign ministry. No immediate replacement was named for Mushikiwabo, who had served as the information minister.
John Rwangombwa, who has not previously served in the government, was appointed finance minister.
There were several other changes of portfolios in the government of Prime Minister Bernard Makuza.
