July, 2011 – The biggest motor exhibition in East and Central Africa will be staged in Nairobi from September 9-11 this year at the Kenyatta International Conference Centre.

It is organised by the Kenya Motor Industry Association (KMI) and is once again sponsored by Total Kenya.

The Total Motorshow is by far the largest motor event of its kind in the region, and is expected to showcase more than 300 vehicles ranging from small motorcycles to large tucks, and every top-of the range new passenger car and SUV in the market.

Stand bookings opened on Tuesday 7 June (Contact KMI Bureau on 2679585) with display zone options ranging from indoor spaces in the main plenary hall to booth areas and both tented and open options throughout KICC Plaza and lawns.

More than 30,000 motorists and their families are expected to flock to this motoring highlight of the year. Several new makes (not just new models) have entered the Kenya market since the previous show, and there will also be a full array of auto accessories and motoring services, making the event a hub of interest and an unrivalled one stop shop.

KMI Chairman Nareesh Lakha.said: “Our aim is to put together the most comprehensive one stop shop of the industry for both commercial operators and private buyers where visitors will enjoy the ultimate motoring experience”.

Total Kenya’s Managing Director Alexis Vovk said: “Motorists and their families will be seeign everything on offer in this market, side by side in a single location.”
