Joey Muthengi replaces Sheila Mwanyigha as the TPF host

7lbwr7rvActress and TV Host Joey Muthengi has been confirmed as the new host of Tusker Project Fame 6 a post that has previously belonged to Sheila Mwanyigha since the start of TPF.  It seems like she will have to bring her A game seeing as Sheila had been the shows female host for the past 5 editions.

Joey says that the whole thing is nerve wracking but at the same time she is excited and couldn’t be happier. “Feeling blessed, anxious, but mostly excited to join Tusker Project Fame as a host this season” she tweeted.

Radio Queen Sheila Mwanyigha is the Face of Vaseline lotion

8ah11g8fCelebrated radio presenter and TV host Sheila Mwanyigha was on Saturday evening unveiled as the brand ambassador for Vaseline Lotion during the 4th edition of the Kenya Fashion Week.

Ms Mwanyigah is known for her poise, grace and versatility and is no stranger to the brand having worked with Vaseline in 2010, during the Vaseline Cocoa Butter re-launch.

The brand was this year’s title sponsor of Kenya Fashion Week, the country’s premier fashion event after the signing of a Ksh5 Million sponsorship agreement between the Vaseline brand team and Just Like That Limited, the organisers of the global event.

Speaking at the event Mr Yaw Nsarkoh, the Unilever Group Managing Director, announced the launch of three new variants of the lotion Lotion dubbed the “Vaseline Total Moisture Range.”

Mr Nsarkoh said of Sheila’s appointment, “As the Vaseline team breaks new grounds, I am certain she will help us connect with our much valued consumers.”

In her ambassadorial role, Sheila will appear in advertisements for the leading skin care lotion as well as on digital platforms for the brand.

“I am incredibly proud to partner with a brand that epitomizes innovation, self-expression and of course amazing skin,” she said, “It was important to me to work with a brand that is truly about beauty on the inside and the outside.”
