Noma’s chef-owner talks foraging, tasting and exploring wild food

René Redzepi, chef-owner of the four-time World’s Best Restaurant, Noma, has launched his Vild Mad initiative to educate children and adults about the food that surrounds them.

At a special #50BestTalks event in Barcelona in June 2017, he spoke about the importance of foraging to discover, taste and explore wild food. The event was part of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 15th Anniversary celebrations, presented by Miele.
