If someone randomly sent you flowers, that would definitely put a smile on your face right? Now imagine that happy feeling those flowers gave you lasting all day, every day? Days filled with freshness and a certain je ne sais quoi good feeling. Isn’t that a brilliant feeling?
A study by Rutgers University found that having flowers in your home will increase happiness, reduce depression and anxiety and also increase emotional contact with friends and family.
A separate study by Harvard University found similar results, which deduced that flowers increase compassion, decreased negative feelings, and encouraged more energy at work.
Yet another study by the Texas A & M University found that flowers and plants in the workplace can improve problem solving skills and increase creativity.

*Buy flowers that appeal to your eyes. Brighter colored flowers like yellows and oranges will always give you an energy boost! Flowers work wonders on us by focusing on energy from the inside out.
*When buying your flowers, think of how you want to feel in a space.
–If you want a relaxing feeling especially in the bedroom bring in soft colors, pastels and neutrals.
