Before you assume we’re about to sell you on the latest juice diet craze, just hear us out!
There’s truly nothing like a Christmas feast and trust us ladies to devour any delicious spread laid before us with no regrets. But we’ve sometimes found ourselves in a food coma, unable to move from our beds for at least 24 hours as we try and digest all that good food. Not cute.
To top it off, more often than not the feasting begins one or two weeks before Christmas thanks to all the parties, events and family gatherings that take place during this season.
Now despite the fact that we do love a good meal, we also want to feel good about ourselves during and after the holidays so in today’s video, we share with you some tips on how to keep healthy during this period!
