The pop-up art gallery “Art In The Den” returns this Saturday July 30th at the DusitD2 hotel in Nairobi.

The temporary art gallery will once again feature some of the brightest stars in the Kenyan art scene. The forthcoming edition will feature Elias Mung’ori, Meshark Oiro, Mosoti Kepha, Zihan Kassam, Victor Mwangi and Jak Katarikawa.

Art In The Den first started in December 2014 in a living room with only two artists showing their work to a few of his friends with the aim of giving a platform to Kenyan artists and also to engage new audiences whom are buying art for the very first time.

Since its intimate beginnings, the pop-up gallery has grown strength-to-strength, with this weekend’s edition showing works from seven artists.

Art In The Den takes place on the last Saturday of every month from noon to 6pm.
