Nairobi’s biggest culinary event is set to return to the city with over 60 of the best restaurants, including the likes of Dusit, Mediterraneo, Sankara, Seven Seafood and Grill, and Talisman. Each participating restaurant has designed one-of-a-kind menus for the third edition of Nairobi Restaurant Week which will take place from January 28th – February 7th 2016.

“Nairobi Restaurant Week 2016 offers the ultimate culinary experience by bringing to light Kenya’s vibrant dining scene in a diverse showcase of Nairobi’s best restaurants. With the flavours of Kenya all coming together in the country’s biggest annual celebration of food and dining, there has never been a better time to discover the tantalizing sensations of eating and drinking in Kenya,” says Najib Balala, Cabinet Secretary of Tourism.

This year, NRW2016 has teamed up with South African winemaker, Nederburg and will feature three course tasting menus priced at either Ksh 1500 or Ksh 2500 per person with special offers on a selection of Nederburg wines. Several restaurants will also offer a two course lunch menu for either Ksh 1000 or Ksh 1500 per person.

In a bid to promote responsible drinking, NRW2016 and Nederburg have once again partnered with taxi hailing app Uber to offer complimentary rides to new users for the duration of NRW2016.
