Carry a snack around
Cigarettes are a huge appetite suppressant, therefore when quitting you will feel hungry more often. Try to snack on healthy foods (especially fresh fruits and veggies), instead of digging into the chocolates or doughnuts.
Exercise
Smokers who regularly exercise have a much higher quit-smoking success rate – smoking and exercise simply do not gel. Exercise helps you deal with both the physical and psychological aspects of nicotine addiction.
Oat extract
Avena sativa, also known as oat straw, green oats or wild oat extract has been known to reduce the desire for nicotine and help promote detoxification from nicotine during the withdrawal process.
