The 2015 Dubai International Motor Show wrapped-up its 13th edition on Saturday, and lived-up to its promises of being the biggest, best and most action-packed to date.

Held every two years, the Dubai International Motor Show is the main highlight of the Dubai Motor Festival, which is held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai.

Organizers pulled out all the stops this year. In addition to more than 15 global car launches and 120 releases from car and motorcycle makers, another highlight of this year’s Dubai International Motor Show was the pop-up Motoring Nostalgia Museum, which showcased vehicles from the 1950s, 60, 70s and 80s. New to the format was the Boulevard of Dreams, which showcased spectacular supercars; and an area for bikers, talks by motoring legends, a custom car section and driving challenges.

The Dubai Motor Festival is organised by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), an agency of Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), and builds on the widespread passion of all motor related sports across the region.
