Most of us dismiss the radishes when doing our weekly grocery shopping because there’s no kidding, those vegetables (especially the white variety that look like fat, faded carrots) are a little intimidating to the eye if you asked me , and especially when they are just lying there in their white glory.  I used to be one of those radish dismissers but I’m going to fill you in on their  nutritional and health benefits  and then you can let me know whether you will be buying your grocer’s entire supply of radishes in the future or whether you will continue to dismiss them like the enemy.
