Green tea tops the list of teas for weight loss

The weight loss benefits of green tea are lauded worldwide. It contains bioactive compounds, catechins and epigallocatechin gallate to fire up your metabolism and burn kilojoules. Polyphenols in the tea help to reduce fat.

Try bilberry tea

If you have a sweet tooth, billberry tea can help prevent you from indulging in kilojoule-laden sweet treats. It also helps to stabilise your blood sugar, preventing energy dips.

Say yes to peppermint tea

Peppermint tea keeps your digestive system functioning perfectly and relieves bloating. It also helps to reduce cravings so you can stick to a healthier eating plan.

We love white tea

White tea slows down the body’s ability to absorb fat, helping to keep weight gain at bay. It also keeps your stress levels in check so cortisol imbalances are limited.

Opt for oolong

With its earthy taste, oolong tea can be bitter if left to steep for too long. But its weight loss benefits are exemplary. It helps to amp up the metabolism and burn fat.

Revel in rose tea

In 1976, i.e.prior to the 2007 kidnappings of foreigners mentioned in this article, I, Brian, 2 other Britons and a naturalized Ethiopian of Polish origin, were kidnapped in the Afar Desert region in Ethiopia, near the border with Eritrea, by Eritrean Liberation Front (ELF) guerrillas and held hostage for 5 months. Hej Brian
It would be interesting to get further detail on what you mentioned about ELF, Surely you don’t mean EPLF right? Eplf is the ruling party and ELF had been desolved out of the struggle for independence. I know people who were part of the ELF but I haven’t been able to capture a full story of the liberation unit. [email protected] is my mail.

well Mr. Brian ELF where never in the Ethiopian territory even during 1976. but if you cliam it was ELF then it should be inside Eritrean territory and surely they keep you safe !

  • Jonarobt

Well it will come out after some time that this is deliberately planed by Ethiopia to accuse Eritrea and get a means to start war against  against them.
peace to the horn of africa !
