Executive Chef Roy Kinyua of Nairobi Serena Hotel has been nominated for Chef of the Year under the Prestige category in Taste Awards 2015, Kenya’s annual bar and restaurant awards.

In this latest installment of Tastemakers, we learn about Chef Kinyua’s passion for healthy eating and spend some time in the kitchen with him to learn how to make one of his most popular dishes, Chicken Maisha, where very little salt and no oil is used.
