Kerry Washington 2

Kerry Washington swears by Neutrogena moisturiser.

The 38-year-old Scandal actress has announced her dewy complexion is thanks to a simple high street moisturiser.

Kerry explained: “I had terrible eczema growing up and had to learn to manage it. I work with a nutritionist because, to me, beauty is an inside-out thing.

“Super-busy women need products that save time and Neutrogena’s lightweight moisturiser sinks in instantly while perfecting my skin.”

The Hollywood star also revealed fish-oil pills, plenty of water and avoiding dairy have all really improved her skin.

She continued: “Most days, I let my skin breathe, so I don’t wear a ton of foundation, just a bit of concealer.

“I love mascara. A good tip I learnt is to let the first coat dry before applying another swipe. It’s the best way to build it up.”

Admitting she is “a big juice girl” Kerry added she relies on vitamin-packed drinks to stay fit and healthy.

She told InStyle: “I can’t live without my Vitamix. Kimberly Snyder’s Glowing Green smoothie is my favourite, it’s romaine, spinach, lemon, celery, banana, pear and apple.

“When I’m not mixing up my own juice at home, I’ll simply grab one on the go. They always help keep my energy up and make for a healthy snack.”

  • Cecily Mbarire press conference coming up at 4.30PM. Let us hear both sides of this intriguing story.

  • Ni kubaya! No hiding place for the rats.

  • apache

This doesnt sound convincing at all, Mbarire and her husband giving Lumumba ksh 100,000 only? Bwana PLO and your team time is running out and Kenyans are getting weary. This to me is child’s play and KACC better get its acts together!

  • Mike

in this day and age? how could they be so careless?

  • Francis

PLO-I know you love your job and would wish to convince Kenyans of how hard working you are.But if what you describe above is the way you go about it then it is a SHAME! First nobody celebrate graft.Your success is not how many people you TRAP BY STINGS OR SNIFFING but rather that you can educate Kenyans on the negatives of corruption-Convince the nation that our heroes are not the rich thieves but the guy pushing mkokoteni/the lady toiling at Gikomba market to educate/feed her child. The tactics you describe are not only juvenile but exposes you as a reckless person. Why do you invite people to your own house as a STING OPERATION? HOW DO YOU TELL US THAT THE PRIZE-THE EVIDENCE CHECK WAS NOT COPIED??Did you ever go to school? So the pictures of dudes you invite to your house is evidence of corruption? I am luck i never passed near your house! You would present PICTURES OF CRIME! WHERE IS THE POLICE COMMISSIONER? PLEASE STOP THIS IF IT IS THE POLICE THAT ADVISED PLO TO STOOP THIS LOW! You seem to have no clue about what your job entails and what Kenyans expect of you.The police can arrest anyone they want if a crime was committed.Your job is not to hold press conferences/lead demos and all.You are paid to come up with national CURRICULUM that will help Kenyans see graft/corruption for what it is.What you have described is you participating in corruption! Attending Harambees where the corrupt “SANITIZE THE LOOT” is corruption. The fact the bribe was ks.100,000 adds insult to your injuries-i would not say that loudly! Is that your worth? How much bribe would they give your juniors-ksh.10? Secondly, did this dude award himself the tenders?? Why not go for those who awarded him/her the said tender-THE MINISTRY OF WATER?? What crime is it for any KENYAN to be awarded a tender whether regularly or irregularly? GO FOR THOSE WHO DID NOT DO THEIR JOB.YOU OWE THIS FAMILY/KENYANS AN APOLOGY.Even a fool would not buy your story.People go and sell their cows at throw away price when drunk-THAT IS WHAT THE WATER PEOPLE DID! As a lawyer you must present basic statements of fact that leave no doubt that a crime was committed-A CRIME OF TOTAL INCOMPETENCE/MALICE HAS BEEN COMMITTED BY YOU-PLO!

    • EYES

Dude u r seriously demented and ur comments and ideas of how PLO should work r not needed by anyone. If u r a lawyer seems u took a few of those bribes ur self …..dont even reply it would show how low u rrr………….

  • Mazzdark

There are always two sides to a story…or should we say nothing is ever what it seems…….

  • Kidddinh

This is a story no one can believe. its not convincing at all. could it be a deal gone sour ie “and someone decided to shoot first”

  • Philmuia

i agree with you buddy..if this is what PLO is calling sting operations, then we have a long away to go.a sting operation is only a sting opertion if it succeeds..otherwise this is another mamluki story.First of all any rat in kenya knows how zealous PLO is..who would attempt to bribe him?a check donated to his foundation is a bribe?is the foundation a personal entity?i guess the foundation needs to be investigated.grow up man..all we need is results not stories in big words.

  • Retreata

This just but exposes that  Lumumba wil never be able to produce as KACC Director – What is 100 K – Peanuts  you might say – Lumumba this should get into your head Stop it with these press conferences what we want is real action and big fishes being held accountable for their corrupt sins . What happened to GB , etc ?

  • Dwenani

Am not yet convinced let us wait for tomorrow, if at all Lumumba did not manage to arrest the culprit then i wish he could just remain quiet.

  • Kaalakau

kenyans are not interested in juvenile soaps: plo style up!

  • Sam

Surely commentators, Did you not see the txt message that was send to PLO? Our politicians are demons, none is better. Even Mbarire?

  • Kimani Dave

Sorry to say but am tired about small time cases, and KACC sting operations of some people receiving 40k etc ,or catching traffic cops receiving bribes,if you ask me that’s a total waste of taxpayers money………..plus this Cicily story leaves more questions than answers……..it has so many holes in it,whatever happened to the high voltage cases, whatever happened to Ngilu’s case………surely where are those big fishes he talked of,all we have been is noise, press conferences, and tadpoles cases.Make no mistake,i hold PLO in high esteem. But mr director with all due respect, all you have been producing is heat not fire, needless to say the amount of taxpayers money KACC cost kenya every calendar year……………

  • Stevekewa

Clever and u didnt get a copy of the cheque…..???who is fooling who here?

  • Wanyuruj

Once a politician, always a politician. PLO has proved he cannot deliver a thing in KACC; so the best he can do is confuse Kenyan’s with soap operas. Woe unto Cecile for being on his path when he needed some sacrificial lamb. Only a fool can buy this one PLO. If i were you, i would shut up and wait for the term to end as we are 100% sure you won’t deliver anything.

  • akinyiyo

How so very useless, ““Unfortunately we did not keep a copy of this particular cheque, you see
these are the techniques they were using thinking that they were clever
than us unaware that we were way ahead of them,” If you were way ahead of them you should have had a simple copy of the cheque. In this day and age of technology, I coulda done a better job with my camera phone than these highly paid, low delivering morons are paid. Sting operation my foot!!! And in now way am I siding with Mbarire and them, just because they weren’t caught doesn’t mean they didn’t do it! They are all corrupt idiots!

  • Mercy

well P.L.O, this time you responded to a mosquito bite with a hammer!!

  • Mercy

well P.L.O, this time you responded to a mosquito bite with a hammer!!

  • Walter Mutua

PLO you are being extremely juvenile,  in this saga I believe Cicely; her version is more credible. “PLO insisted on CASH!! and not cheque!!! we have heard.

  • Kibeusammy

I believe those guys who tipped Mbarire &co.themselves are corrupt,How then do we expect Lumumber`s
    team to fight it?
