Swahili Fashion Week 2014

Swahili Fashion Week, 2014, may have come to an end but we’re still dreaming and drooling over some of the pieces from the runway!

Held in Tanzania over three days (05.12.14 – 07.12.14), this year’s Swahili Fashion Week allowed 20 designers to grace the catwalk with their collections, most of whom hail from the host country. Other designers represented Angola, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Ghana and Austria.

We rounded up our favourite looks from the catwalks – from bold prints and colours to elegant cuts and silhouettes – all of which oozed beauty and creatively showcased distinct design aesthetics.
