Watch Leo’s trailer link:

“LEO” is a Kenyan movie that was written and produced by Kenyan Film Director Jinna Mutune and filmed by Abe Martinez, a Hollywood Cinematographer who has shot Hollywood Blockbusters such as “Spiderman and Ali & Hancock.

“LEO” features a talented Kenyan cast and crew and a guest Hollywood actor. The movie is a family friendly story of an African Maasai boy called “Leo” who believes he is a super hero, fails at being one and discovers that he is a superhero in a different way as he transfers his imaginary thoughts into a comic strip. It is a simple story that captures the essence of a child’s heart still open to all the possibilities of achieving his dream in Africa. This is a story of love, courage, sacrifice and the power of a dream. The film illuminates the sometimes overlooked aspects of Africa and celebrates the African spirit.
