The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 launched in Kenya

The highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is finally in Kenya and Samsung fans will be happy to know that the amazing new features it comes packed with will not disappoint .

For a start it has a big screen to give you the actual notebook feel. It measures 151.2×79.2×8.3mm with 5.7 “ screen and weighs 168g.

It has a 1920x1080pixels with ~386ppi pixel density which presents you with  sharp images.

The Note 3 comes in the latest trendy leather style material with fine stitching at the back which is aimed at giving you the full  notebook feel. It comes originally in either Classic white, Jet black or Lush pink. The back covers are switchable and these are available in an array of colors.

It has a 2.3GHz quad core processor and a 3GB RAM which is quite good for its multitasking abilities.

It comes in 32 and 64 GB versions and has an expandable Micro SD memory of up to 64GB

When it comes to the camera, it has a 13MP back camera and 2.0MP front camera. It also has a  Video capability of 1080 pixels at 30 frames per second.

It comes with the  latest operating system Android version 4.3 Touch Wiz UI interface.

Of course being a note it comes with an SPen. The note 3’s SPen features include  the dot, circle and square features, advanced multitasking abilities and IR led that can be used as a remote control.

It’s removable battery is a  Li-Ion 3200 mAh battery which is larger and which  will allow you to use it a little longer without requiring charge .

There’s also the Galaxy gear  (a smart watch) which is only compatible with the note 3 for now.

The note 3 works just like a tablet. It’s like a  tablet and phone in one which eliminates the extra bulk of owning both.
