The much-anticipated monster blockbuster ‘Pacific Rim’ premiered Thursday at an exclusive Safaricom event.
Excited moviegoers gathered in Planet Media Westgate in Nairobi, Kenya to watch ‘Pacific Rim’ a day before everyone else in the country.
Hosted by Capital FM’s Hits Not Homework presenter Soulo, guests were encouraged to experience Safaricom products such as the Samsung Galaxy Music phone, which retails for Ksh 9,999, and comes with a 1-month DSTV Mobile subscription and 200MB data bundle.
Five lucky guests took home a Samsung Galaxy Music phone. Through free internet provided by VUMA Online, guests were able to share their real-time experiences on their own social media pages. Safaricom also generously awarded every moviegoer Ksh 1,000 worth of airtime.
