A raw display of what the human voice can do when pushed to the limits, armed with only a microphone; Tom Thum dazzled the TEDxSydney audience and almost 2 million viewers on YouTube since the video was posted three days ago, with his beatbox brilliance.

In the video, Thum pushes the limits of the human voice to create incredible soundtracks of impossible beats and phenomenal sounds, with scratched vinyl, the Michael Jackson back-catalogue, the didgeridoo and an entire fifties jazz band amongst his vocal repertoire.
