Kenyan band Sauti Sol has moved one song closer to releasing their third album.

Still the One, released on Sunday night, is a fun and nostalgic ballad that ends with samples from several of their songs.

Still The One adopts the typical story-telling ability that the man-band has developed over the years, telling this girl that just they way I used to look at you then is the way I look at you know and the way I will see you even when you turn 50.

The song ‘is a dedication to all die-hard Sauti Sol fans equating them to [its own] love interest, with simple yet intricate lyrics’, according to a statement from the Band’s management.

Still the One is produced by Ulopa Ngoma, and moves away from the complicated tone of the band’s EP with South African producer Spoek Mathambo.

Sauti Sol’s upcoming album is currently under production and is expected to feature their hit song Money Lover, plus a collaboration that they are working on with Nigerian lass Chidinma.
