Will Smith turns 43 with trip to Africa

Popular celebrity Will Smith celebrated his 43rd birthday on Sunday.  The iconic actor looked great on the streets of Los Angeles. Smith looked casual and relaxed, perhaps because the real birthday celebration is happening online.

Will and Jada Smith have partnered with Charity Water, a not-for-profit organization that is seeking to bring clean drinking water to every person on the planet.  To celebrate the Hollywood power couple’s birthdays, a contest to accompany the Smiths to Africa is up for grabs.

The Smiths have been asking friends and families to donate to Charity Water instead of giving them birthday gifts.  After all, the celebrity couple probably has almost everything.

The Smiths have already been to Ethiopia last September and continue to bring their mission with Charity Water to the rest of Africa.

Will Smith reminded his fans on Facebook and wrote:

“Public Service Willnouncement—only TWO WEEKS before the Charity:Water challenge closes! The top 3 fundraisers get to roll             with me and Jada to Ethiopia next year to see the change you’ve made and the lives you’ve saved. So go ‘head and start a                     campaign TODAY, and a couple of tomorrows from now, y’all could be packing your bags to join me and Jada in Africa!”

With only four days left, the contest ends on 30th September 2011.   Make sure you get your entries soon!
