July 21, 2011 – Looks like your problems have been solved.  If you’re still searching for a quick-fix for lunch today or wondering what to bring to work tomorrow, you won’t need to worry.

Thanks to Vivian Kariba from Anchor Farm, here’s Capital Lifestyle E-Magazine’s super quick, super tasty and super healthy Recipe Of The Week!

EGG, BACON AND AVOCADO SALAD

Ingredients

Boiled egg

Bacon

Avocado

Tomatoes

Lettuce

Cheese

Instructions

1. Wash all the ingredients, except for the boiled egg of course.

2. Shred lettuce

3. Dice the tomatoes

4. Dice the avocado

5. De-shell and slice the boiled egg

6. Fry the bacon until crispy

7. Grate cheese

8. Layer ingredients in your preferred serving bowl starting with the lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, bacon, egg and finally, to top it all off, sprinkle the grated cheese on the top.
