October 6, 2010 – Nigeria’s red carpet comes to Kenya this weekend in the form of musician D’Banj, actor Ramsey Nouah and comedian Klint Da Drunk.

The troupe touches down in Nairobi on Thursday, just in time for a VVIP dinner hosted by the Nigerian Ambassador the following day.

The very very important people at the exclusive function include the business fraternity from Nigeria who would love to do business with east African hot shots, more precisely from Kenya.

Fashion designer Mudi will also be in the building.

The performances take place at the Impala Grounds from Saturday 6pm to Sunday 6am, and tickets are Sh700 (regular), Sh1,500 (VIP) and Sh3,000 (VVIP). Maddtraxx will be curtain raising…

Nouah was recently in the United States to take part in celebrations to mark the 2010 Nigerian Reunion at Long Island, New York, where he was given the 2010 Nigerian Image Award for Best Actor.

As for D’Banj, he said last week that he is excited about coming to the East!
