May 20, 2010 – If you’re one of those guys who stays up late watching TV instead of getting sleep,  this might actually get you to bed on time.

According to officials with the Belgravia Center in England, if you don’t get enough sleep, it can cause you to go BALD.

Basically, sleep deprivation affects the body’s immune function, as well as things like hormone secretion, and physical and mental stamina.  And our hair is extremely sensitive to internal changes and disturbances in our bodies.

If you’re not getting enough sleep, it can cause emotional and physical stress, which can then lead to hair loss.

According to a spokesman for the Belgravia Center, quote, “Sleep deprivation is a form of stress, a terrible form of stress.  Stress can indeed cause hair loss.”

“In those susceptible to male pattern baldness or female pattern hair loss, stress can instigate, accelerate and aggravate the problem.”

In other words, get more sleep or go bald.  The choice is yours. It sounds like a good reason for all the receding hairlines we are beginning to see among younger Kenyan men.
