This year's 3 Tusker Project Fame finalists will receive recording contracts

TPF3_606855853.jpgThis year’s Tusker Project Fame 3 academy winner is all set to harvest prizes galore, according to the announcements made of the prize package.

In the enhanced prize package announced by East Africa Breweries Limited Marketing Director Debra Mallowah, the Tusker Project Fame 3 Winner will this year walk away Kshs 5million richer, not to mention a one year recording contract with South Africa’s Gallo Records.

For the first time in the Tusker Project Fame’s history, all the top three finalists will enjoy recording deals, following a deal sealed with Sound Africa, a local recording house, to produce the runner-up and the second runner-up finalists.

Leading unisex beauty house, Kymms Before and After has also extended over Kshs 384,000 in sponsorship for the Tusker Project Fame 3 initiative and will be providing health, hair and beauty services to all the contestants.

And to top up the winners basket, the cream of the crop from the 12 contestants set to enter the Tusker Project Fame house this weekend will also enjoy a Resolution Health Premier Plus Medical Cover with an annual limit of Kshs 10 million per patient, among other benefits.

To ensure his/her grooming the winner will also enjoy health and beauty treatments from Kymms Before and After valued at more than Kshs 190,000, as well as a laptop donated by Kenya Data Networks complete with a free year’s Internet connection.

Speaking when she confirmed the winner’s package, Mallowah further disclosed that the top four contestants will each take home a laptop donated by the Kenya Data Networks (KDN) with Internet connectivity, and a year’s subscription to either African Woman or Adam Magazine.

“This year, the winner will enjoy a superior prize package on top of the ultimate prize that any superstar can yearn for which is fame!” Mallowah said.

And added: “The cash prize package will be maintained this year, as it also offers flexibility to the winner to make a sound investment.”

The runner-up contestant, in what is expected to be a closely fought contest given the caliber of budding artistes short listed, will take home a two-year recording contract from Sound Africa and a Premium Medical Cover from Resolution Health, of up to a Kshs 5million limit.

Still, the runner-up contestant will also take home a Sony Home Theatre system and a choice of 50 CDs by any of the local or international artistes distributed by Sound Africa. In the runner-up’s prize basket will also be a laptop with 6 months prepaid Internet connection donated by KDN alongside a health and beauty makeover from Kymms Before and After, valued at over  Kshs 95,000.

At the end of the ten-week reality show, the second runner-up will also enjoy a one-year recording contract as well as a selection of 25 CDs of his choice from Sound Africa. The second runner-up will also receive an Executive Medical Cover package from Resolution Health, of up to a Kshs 2.5 million limit . A laptop with 3 months prepaid Internet connection from KDN will also be up for grabs, alongside a health and treatment package from Kymms Before and After, valued at Kshs 46,500.

For the first time, the fourth placed contestant will also receive a one month internet connected laptop from KDN.

All the eight evictees from the Tusker Project Fame 3 academy will also receive a health and beauty makeover from Kymms Before and After, valued at Kshs 5200.
