Reporting to the Factory Manager, the purpose of the role is to provide Management and Engineering services for the effective and efficient conception, design, and implementation of Capital and Improvement projects in the Company.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan schedules of project activities, including identifying the resources required for all projects.
• Participate in justifying project investments, Budget preparation, implementation and monitoring expenditure against proposal.
• Prepare requisitions for works and materials as per company procedure
• Participate in evaluation of tender documents for related purchases
• Participate in improving the plant for safety, efficiency and productivity
• Attend to problems arising during project life cycles
• Evaluate, monitor and report on progress of projects
• Supervision of contractors on site

Requirements
• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• At least two years working experience in mechanical/electrical field in a manufacturing company
• Technical knowledge of mechanical/electrical engineering
• Technical knowledge of production machinery
• Ability to make engineering sketches
• Good supervisory and interpersonal skills
• Good skills in SHE practices in projects
• Understanding and use of autocad

Key Responsibilities
• Coordination of supply, maintenance, measurement and improvement projects for all factory utilities.
• Sourcing, treatment and distribution of water,
• Handling and treatment and disposal of trade waste.
• Supervision of Utilities and industrial engineering technical staff.

Requirements
• BSc/B Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for safety, environment and statutory inspections. (OSH&R)
• In-depth knowledge of utilities plant operation and technology. (Boilers, Refrigeration, Water and Waste Water Treatment, Odour Treatment, Compressed Air, HVAC and Power Distribution)
• Knowledge of quality requirements for each utility stream (Steam, Water, Air.)
• Analytical skills in problem solving
• Communication and service-minded
• General understanding of variance reports, budgeting and relevant business drivers

Job Summary
The Senior Manager Retail will be responsible for growth of the Bank’s Retail Business across all branches. The position will also be responsible for coordination of sales and marketing efforts and service delivery across the country.

Responsibilities
