Kenya Methodist University main campus in Meru, in collaboration with the local security officials, yesterday conducted a terror drill that resulted in students jumping through windows and terraces. Some students were injured in the process but were later treated at the university clinic and the Meru Referral Hospital.

Some students and staff run to a nearby forest when they heard gun shots fearing terrorists had attacked the institution. KEMU is preparing to hold its graduation on Saturday.
