One of Kenya’s progressive real estate agencies, with a reputation for creative and extensive use of digital marketing real estate company based in Westlands Nairobi is looking to fill the position a Marketing Executive who will also explore digital marketing platforms in creating visibility for their market offering.
Job Purpose/Summary
We’re looking for a creative thinker who has great visual taste, a firm understanding of marketing, and is able to manage our newsletter content and property web pages on our WordPress-based website, while coming up with innovative and effective solutions to property marketing. You’ll be challenged, and you’ll have fun. You will be based at an office in Westlands, Nairobi.
Responsibilities
Gathering new property inventory to sell or lease out.
Posting the inventory to our website. We use WordPress, which requires no technical knowhow.
Creating newsletter adverts for the properties.
Takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of a company through various goals and objectives.
Plan marketing and branding objectives.
Expand product solutions and offerings.
Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff.
Analyse market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
Prepare and adhere to marketing budgets.
Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
In collaboration with contracted designer, design print ads and publications.
Ensure brand messages are consistent.
Gather and analyse customer insight.
Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organisation.
Engage other organisations within the community.
Minimum Requirement
Business or marketing-related professional qualification
Demonstrable experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
Technical marketing skills
Experience in customer and market research
Experience with relevant software applications
An affinity for the Internet and a comfortable competence with the Internet
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills and a good command of English, both written and oral
Creativity and adaptability
Strategic thinking
Problem analysis and problem-solving
A talent for marketing Ability to use applications such as MS Word, Excel and social apps especially LinkedIn, WhatsApp, WordPress blog and Twitter Aged 25 – 35 Valid driver’s License Familiar with Nairobi and Environs
Salary Scale Ksh 40,000 Net Experience in Real Estate Sector – Advantage.
