NAIROBI, Kenya, Sept 3 – Airtel Kenya has unveiled its refurbished shop located at Mbaki House along Gakere road in Nyeri town.

The shop will allow customers to enjoy a wider range of products and improved quality of service.

Speaking at the unveiling event, Airtel Kenya Chief Executive Officer Adil El Youssefi said the upgrade of the Nyeri shop is a commitment in ensuring that products and services are of world class quality and relevant to Kenyans.

“We would like to assure our customers that they will experience consistent products and services quality not only in Nyeri, but throughout the country,” he said.

On his part, Nyeri County Executive Secretary for Education, ICT, Youth affairs and sports Elijah Nguyo noted that the telecom industry plays a big role in connecting people and businesses to drive development in Nyeri County.

He further noted that his government will continue to support projects that bring development and employment to the county.

The revamped Nyeri shop will continue to provide a range of products such as modems and variety of handsets.

Customers will also continue to enjoy upgraded services such as Airtel Zawadi points redemption, Airtel Money services, prepaid and post-paid services including bills payment, Airtel data settings and airtime purchases.
