10 lucky customers rewarded in Airtel promotion

NAIROBI, Kenya, Nov 10 – Airtel Kenya has rewarded 10 lucky customers in the recently launched 60 days ‘Vurumisha Mamili na Airtel’ promotion which was launched on October 23, 2013.

The winners were rewarded in different categories with one lucky winner of Sh1 million, one motorbike winner and the other eight winners received various cash prizes. The winners were happy and grateful to the company for rewarding them in a big way.

Speaking when rewarding the winners, Airtel Kenya Managing Director Shivan Bhargava said, “I would like to congratulate all the winners that we are rewarding today. I am also delighted at the success of the promotion so far and the number of customers who are taking part in the promotion. We are thankful for the enormous support and loyalty that we continue to receive from our customers and we encourage all our customers to participate in this promotion which gives them an opportunity to win big.”

Bhargava further explained that the company has so far rewarded 10 of its customers and will continue to reward more in the remaining days of the promotion.

The 60 day promotion will end on December 21, 2013 and a total of Sh26 million to be awarded.
Airtel customers can participate in the promotion by recharging their phones using normal Airtel airtime or Tosha Scratch Cards.

Customers using Airtel Money for any transaction also gain an entry to the promotion.

Subscribers will receive and SMS with a code representing one entry on completing any of the above transactions. Customers are required to send the code by SMS to 30888 to complete their entry into the promotion.

Each successful entry into the promotion will also give customers two FREE minutes of on-net (Airtel-Airtel) talk time.

Bhargava also promised more innovative products and services in future so as to achieve its vision of being the most loved brand by 2015 enriching the lives of millions of Kenyans.
