Samsung Electronics East Africa Chief Operating Officer Robert Ngeru says the Samsung Galaxy Mega smartphone is set fulfil the growing demand for smartphone with a larger screen size.
“The quality and quantity of multimedia that can be accessed online has drastically improved over time and has contributed to the growing demand for smartphone which provide a good viewing experience,” he said.
The galaxy mega is light and thin for portability and easy, convenient mobile phone use.
“With a 5.8 inch HD Super Clear LCD screen with landscape mode support, the Galaxy Mega enables an exceptional widescreen view for applications including web browsing and video,” he explained.
The phone is also equipped with an enhanced 8 mega pixel, rear-facing camera a 1.9 mega pixel front-facing camera along with a variety of camera modes.
Ngeru said that the phone is ideal for smartphone enthusiasts who want a premium viewing experience coupled with multitasking capabilities.

The Samsung Galaxy Mega comes with 24-month standard warranty and is retailing at Sh35,000.
