McKinney Rogers to expand its Africa business

NAIROBI, Kenya, Sep 16 – McKinney Rogers, a global business execution consultancy intends to expand its business in Africa after operating in Kenya for three years.

The firm has enabled the CEOs of some of the largest and most prestigious companies to successfully implement their business strategies through Mission Leadership®, which is a combination of practical tools and technology that focus on behaviours, processes and performance. 

The high profile business execution firm, with a proven track record for transforming performance will open its second African office in Lagos, Nigeria by the end of this year.

"We are a team of highly experienced leaders who are passionate about delivering extraordinary results taking a unique approach to turning strategy into action by embedding clarity and alignment throughout the organisation. Having operated successfully from Nairobi since early 2008, this will remain our hub but we now want to expand to other countries and Nigeria is our next destination," said Chris Stephenson, Partner Africa.

McKinney Rogers recently won the prestigious Queen\’s Award for Enterprise and International Trade.

Mr Stephenson travelled to London to receive the award, which was presented by the Deputy Lord Lieutenant for Westminster – an official representative of Her Majesty the Queen.

During a later reception her Majesty was very interested in how McKinney Rogers works with businesses around the world to ensure continuous sustainable growth. She wished the firm every success in their future endeavours.

The winners of the Queen\’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade are recognised for achieving exceptional business performance internationally. The winners are selected on the recommendation of the UK Prime Minister.

McKinney Rogers was established 11 years ago in the UK, and now has 13 offices around the world including New York, Tokyo, Sydney, New Delhi and Sao Paulo.
