NAIROBI, Kenya, May 10 – The Corporate Talk Group (CTG) has acquired a majority shareholding in Fireworks Advertising Limited, a creative hot shop that brings to the Group additional expertise in advertising, brand strategy, creatives and digital marketing.

Commenting on the significant investment CTG chairman Andrew Lopokoiyit said: "this strategic investment will enable us to provide our clients with a single-window to holistic, 360° solutions across the marketing communications spectrum".

CTG is composed of Corporate Talk Public Relations that provides solutions in strategic media relations, crisis communications, media training and event management; DStv AdSales which has exclusive rights to sell advertising on DStv across East and Central Africa thus enhancing clients reach into the regional market, Africa and beyond.

Alvas Onguru, the Managing Director of Fireworks, who now assumes the role of Chief Creative Officer for the Group sees this as a great opportunity to chart new unexplored ways to create communication.

"We have always seen ourselves as a company for the future. This new structure allows us to boldly go out and secure that future for our clients\’ businesses, and in a sense, to create the future for the marketing communications industry in this country and beyond."
